As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I believe therapy is a partnership grounded in empathy, collaboration, and genuine curiosity. Deciding to begin therapy can feel daunting, but my goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are, walking alongside you with compassion and understanding as we navigate your unique path together.
My practice is rooted in a holistic, integrative approach, thoughtfully drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs, circumstances, and personal goals.
I have experience supporting teens, adults, couples, and families with a variety of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety (generalized, phobias, social, and panic), behavioural challenges, borderline personality disorder, coping skills, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, OCD, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, and trauma.
Whether you are navigating a difficult period, seeking personal growth, or adjusting to new life changes, I am here to guide you and help you discover practical tools for a more fulfilling, empowered life.
I am currently welcoming new clients and look forward to collaborating with you on your journey towards healing and growth.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and seasoned Couple and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University and an undergraduate scientific foundation from the University of Toronto. Driven by a deep curiosity about the ways we connect and grow, I draw upon a rich tapestry of evidence-based approaches—including ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, Focusing, IFS, MI, and Play Therapy. True to my integrationist spirit, my private practice centres on supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma and loss, always with a focus on genuine healing and connection.
As an Approved Supervisor with both the American and Canadian Associations for Marriage and Couple Therapy (and CRPO), I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of therapists. I provide supervision to placement students, emerging practitioners, seasoned therapists, and those pursuing their Play Therapy credentials. I also serve as a sessional lecturer in Professional Ethics at Tyndale University, where I inspire graduate students toward thoughtful reflection and integrity in their work.
When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four adult children (and one dog), who have been my greatest teachers in life, challenging me to grow in so many surprising ways.
