At Laurel Branch we offer virtual therapy sessions that can be done in the comfort and safety of your own home. In person sessions are not available at the moment, unless discussed with your therapist.
Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being.
Our couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship. At Laurel Branch Couples Counselling, we provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all partnerships, regardless of relationship duration, cultural background, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Our family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within your family. We work with families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.
Grace provides supervision for students in various placements and therapists working towards independent practice. Grace also offers consultations to independent practitioners looking for a sounding board or beginning their private practice.
